A 45-minute space to slow down, soften, and come back to yourself.
Through gentle breathwork and mindful movement, we regulate the nervous system, release held tension, and create space for clarity and calm.
This is not about intensity or performance, it’s about listening in, moving with awareness, and rebuilding a sense of inner steadiness.
You’ll be guided through slow, intentional Pilates sequences designed to strengthen, support, and gently restore balance both physically and emotionally.
Open to all levels.
All you need is a mat, a cushion or towel, and a quiet space.
One-to-One Grief Support £125
A one-to-one space to understand what’s happening and find your way back to solid ground.
If grief has disrupted your sense of stability, this is a place to make sense of that experience without losing yourself in it.
We’ll work through what’s actually happening in your system: why things feel different, why your usual ways of coping aren’t working in the same way, and what’s needed now to begin rebuilding capacity.
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your experience, and practical ways to support yourself so you can move through this with more steadiness, agency, and direction.
