A 45-minute class to regulate the nervous system and restore balance through mindful movement.
Begin with gentle breathwork to settle the body, flow through gentle Pilates sequences to strengthen and release, and end in stillness with a short relaxation. This practice is designed for those who seek depth over intensity. A weekly ritual to steady the mind, strengthen the centre, and move with awareness. Open to all abilities. Please bring a mat, a towel and a quiet space to practise.

A one-off with lasting impact.
Book a compassionate and focused space to speak openly about your grief.
In this 60–90 minute session, we’ll explore what you’re navigating right now, uncover the kind of support that feels most meaningful, and gently map out your next steps forward. You’ll also receive a personalised guided mindfulness practice, created specifically for you, to soothe and steady your nervous system in your own time.
