Book a compassionate and focused space to speak openly about your grief.
In this 60–90 minute session, we’ll explore what you’re navigating right now, uncover the kind of support that feels most meaningful, and gently map out your next steps forward. You’ll also receive a personalised guided mindfulness practice, created specifically for you, to soothe and steady your nervous system in your own time.
Online Pilates Class – £5
Strength and balance in just 45 minutes a week.
Join our live Zoom session every Saturday. Open to all levels, no special equipment needed, just a mat and your presence.
Can’t make it live? You’ll receive a class recording, available for one week, so you can practice (or repeat) at your own pace. Each session is designed to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance your overall well-being from the comfort of your home.
